Mission Control
Review queue14 overnightGuardrails & brand settings
Stage one of the pipeline. Every candidate idea is screened here before anyone sees it — set a rule once and pending drafts re-check themselves instantly.
Bar rules · Conservative
Voice packageThe default for firms advertising under the ABA model rules: outcome claims, specialist language, and privileged detail all rail-guarded; tone left to the attorney. Marcus took the preset and has changed one setting since.
Hard rules
Enforced on every draft before it reaches a feed. Add one in plain language — no rule syntax.
No outcome guarantees
Blocks win-rate claims, predicted results, and any language creating unjustified expectations (ABA Model Rule 7.1).
Privilege & client confidentiality
Strips privileged facts and any detail that could identify a client or matter (Rule 1.6).
No specialist/expert claims
Blocks "specialist", "expert", and comparative-superiority language absent certification (Rule 7.2).
Compliance memory
Every rejection teaches the screen. Repeat phrasings get flagged with their history — no one explains a rule twice.
- Feb 11No outcome guarantees
Sam Kaplan — “clients … can expect the same outcome”
Rule 7.1 — creates unjustified expectations. Rewritten as a process description.
- Apr 3No outcome guarantees
Elena Ruiz — “clients … can expect the same outcome”
Same construction, second author — pattern noted for the review queue.
- Jan 22No specialist/expert claims
Chris Boland — “the region's leading patent practice”
Unverifiable comparative-superiority claim (Rule 7.2). Replaced with a practice description.
- Mar 9No outcome guarantees
Rebecca Stanton — “our clients never end up in probate litigation”
Absolute outcome claim; softened to planning guidance.
Brand tone
Tone shapes drafts; hard rules block content. They're edited separately on purpose.
Always
- Translate doctrine into a decision the reader can make
- First person; write the way you talk to clients
- Cite the rule, the case, or the statute — never "sources say"
Never
- Promise, predict, or imply an outcome
- Reference any matter a client could recognize
- Call anyone a specialist or expert without certification
Approval policy
How much runs on its own. Start strict, loosen as trust builds — change it any time.
Privacy boundary
The contract that makes people comfortable feeding the system real stories.
You see
- Published posts & the scheduled queue
- Guardrail compliance status
- Program health — utilization, volume, open items
You never see
- Each person’s private story vault
- Rejected or held drafts
- Raw voice notes & imports
You see what's published and whether it's within guardrails. You never see Nadia's private story vault — that boundary is why attorneys give it real stories.
